“What a Fantastic Day!”

Review by Cynnielynn
This is definitely the way to spend the day. There is wildlife, history, the rush of speed, the view of Amelia Island and Cumberland Island, plus much more. Bobby and Rob are great tour guides! Definitely worth every penny! A 4-hour roller coaster, water ride and every other great rush I can think of! I want to go do it again!

Review by V.A., Toronto, ON
I can’t express how glad I was to have taken this trip… To be that close to dolphins, wild horses, armadillos, wild turkeys, etc… was simply surreal. Couple that with the history and heritage of Cumberland Island made it the perfect trip.

Thanks again Allen, you were awesome!

Great trip!!! We had a blast with the boats. They were easy to handle and a lot of fun. Allen was the best, he showed us around Cumberland Island like it was his own backyard. Seen Dolphins swimming, wild horses, and wild turkey. The only way to visit the island. Allen made this trip worth every penny, he took pictures, showed the bay, and let us have a great day on the water.

Would do this again if we come back!!!!!!!

Can I pay by credit card or cash the day of the tour?

Credit card is the only way to reserve your spot (please call if you plan to pay cash so we may get your credit card on file). 100% refunds given when you cancel outside of 72 hours of your boat tour or for bad weather conditions. We’re sorry, but no refunds if you cancel within 72 hours of the tour, if your late arriving and miss the departure or if you simply “No Show.”

Is there a weight limit for the boats?

Yes, the weight limit is 300 lbs per person for safety reasons.

How many days a week are the tours available?

Please click on the book now button on any page to see our full schedule and availability. We are open 7 days a week and 363 days a year weather permitting.  Generally, we have one tour each afternoon and we add as many as 4 more tours per day as needed.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

We will not go out in rain, dangerous conditions/high winds or when the temperature is below 65 degrees. In the event of bad weather we will try to reschedule you to a different day. If we are not able to reschedule, all monies paid will be refunded.

Are the boats safe?

The boats are designed not only for fun, but with safety in mind. Unlike the Titanic, this boat has high density foam pontoons making it virtually unsinkable. Secondly, they turn in such a way as to never flip over due to turning. All safety eqipment is included and onboard each boat. We teach first time boaters to navigate the boats with great success!

How old do you have to be to drive?

You must be 18 years old with a valid drivers license to drive the boat.

How old do you have to be to ride?

Children 5 years old and up may ride on the boat with an adult. Life preservers must be worn for all children 5 years old to 15 years old.

Can we bring snacks and other drinks?

We provide bottled water for each boat. You may bring snacks and other drinks. The driver must be under the legal limit for alcohol to navigate the boat.

What if we have an odd number of people like 3 or 5 or 7?

2 people must be in each boat that goes out on the tour (excluding the guide boat). In the event you have an odd number in your party, one person will ride with the guide on his boat. There will be opportunities to switch drivers and riders during the tour.

How many people can go on the tour at any one time?

We currently have 14 Craigcat boats which can accommodate 28 people. Please call us for large groups.
